A WinPE is what you use to get your computer ready to install windows. Although I recommend linux, I am putting this here for those who still insist on running windows, however, you can use this as a repair disk using either operating system. I don’t know why that happened with vladimir zelensky, but he sort of got on their case… This is Gandalf’s Summer 2023 edition (they are all good) and it’s a Windows 11 PE, for 64-bit computers.
